Work we can talk about.

Presented the way a contracting officer would want to check it: what the vehicle was, who the prime was, what our role actually was, and what we are not claiming.

How to read this record

Robles Industries has no federal prime award history. Our federal exposure to date is as a subcontractor and development lead under primes, and the rest of our record is commercial. We state that plainly because a contracting officer will find it out in about four minutes on FPDS,1 and because a firm that blurs the line between work it led and work it was awarded is telling you something about how it will report progress later.

2.1

Hands-free immersive training for the U.S. Air Force

Sector
Defense
Role
Development lead, under prime
Vehicle
AFWERX SBIR Phase II, contract FA8649-23-P-0466
Value
$1,150,000
Period
February 2023 to April 2024
Client
Quantum Interface LLC, Austin, Texas

An AFWERX SBIR Phase II delivering gaze and motion controlled access to checklists, maintenance content, and command and control media, so that an airman working with both hands occupied can move through a procedure without putting down a tool.

Frank Robles served as development lead on the engineering effort. The award itself was made to Quantum Interface LLC as prime; Robles Industries was not the awardee and does not claim the contract as its own past performance as a prime.

The team started from zero code and delivered a working solution. The platform Robles Industries built afterwards on what the work proved out is SPARC. Case record.

2.2

Clinical operations tooling and screening systems

Sector
Healthcare
Role
Principal AI services architect, direct engagement
Vehicle
Commercial, direct
Value
Not disclosed
Period
2026 to present
Client
Medical services support company

Architecture and build work for a company supporting chronic care management programs. Frank Robles wrote and maintains four of the production systems himself: a cognitive-screening intake application with payment-enabled workflows, an outbound voice-agent dialer, the webhook and event service behind the inbound and outbound voice agents, and a portal where a consulting physician reviews a patient’s records and records a finding against the prior assessment.

The engagement also includes a staff security program written against how this team actually works. Most of their exposure is outbound patient contact, so the training covers pretexting and impersonation of clinical staff rather than the wire-fraud scenarios a generic module would cover.

Case records: at-home clinical testing, physician record review, HIPAA workforce training and AI outbound voice.

2.3

Legal services marketplace

Sector
Legal technology
Role
COO and CTO
Vehicle
Commercial
Value
Not disclosed
Period
2015 to 2025
Client
JustLegal / Got.Law

Operating and technical leadership of an online marketplace connecting people with lawyers: attorney directory, client and attorney scheduling, intake, and payments. The platform went through two generations, a Rails application from 2015 and a Python and Angular rebuild from 2017, and carried integrations with a state bar association. Robles Industries now holds the platform’s assets.

Responsibility covered the engineering organization and the operational side of the business at the same time, which is the position most of our clients are actually in. Case record.

2.4

Gate access and workforce management, since 2014

Sector
Physical security, energy
Role
Owner and product lead
Vehicle
Commercial license
Value
Recurring license revenue
Period
2014 to present
Client
Oil and gas operators (licensees); originally built for a Texas security contractor

GateTracker records the vehicles and people entering or leaving a secured site, with photographs, ban lists, incident reports and an audit trail, and schedules the guard workforce that staffs the gates. Guards work from Android tablets at the gate; operators and licensees read the same records in a web portal.

Robles Industries built the first version in 2014 and 2015, shipped updates through 2019, and rebuilt the platform on Django, Angular and Android between 2022 and 2026. Robles Industries owns the software outright and licenses it to operators today. It is the firm’s longest-running production system, and the one a contracting officer can ask to see working. Product record. Case record.

2.5

Construction payments platform

Sector
Financial services
Role
Lead architect
Vehicle
Commercial, direct
Value
Not disclosed
Period
2020 to 2026
Client
Construction finance company

A cloud platform for commercial construction payments: commitment tracking, invoice submission and approval, lien releases, insurance tracking, and multi-party distribution of funds, with an ACH integration to the client’s bank. Built on Django and Angular, with the AWS environment defined in Terraform. Frank Robles is the client’s chief technology officer. Case record.

2.6

Operating room infection prevention records

Sector
Healthcare
Role
Chief technology officer; Robles Industries built and delivered the platform
Vehicle
Commercial, direct
Client
DisinfectWell

VerifiedSAFE turns an operating room disinfection service into a compliance record a hospital can hold up afterwards: facilities, rooms, treatments and the report data behind them. Case record.

2.7

Digital identity for people without housing

Sector
Municipal, civic technology
Role
Led the entry, as chief operating officer of DigitalTown
Vehicle
City of Austin Mayor’s Blockchain Challenge, 2018

Second place, with the only working solution in the field: a wallet-based identity built in a weekend. The City of Austin built its MyPass digital identity effort on the work. Case record.

Notes

  1. Prime award history is public on FPDS-NG and USASpending, searchable by entity name. A claim that contradicts it costs more than the claim was ever worth.
