1.1 On socioeconomic status
We hold no 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or state certification, and we do not claim one. We are a small business, self-certified in SAM against the size standard for the applicable NAICS code. If your requirement is set aside under a certification we do not hold, we are not an eligible prime for it, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than at the debrief.
Classification codes
Size status is judged against the code on your solicitation, not against our primary.1 We are small under every code listed. Size standards below are the current SBA figures, shown so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

|---|---|---|
| 541512 Primary | Computer Systems Design Services | $34.0M |

How to put us on contract
Thresholds reflect the FAR inflation adjustment effective 1 October 2025. We hold no GSA schedule or GWAC today, so open market, simplified acquisition, and subcontract are the live paths.
-
3.1 Micro-purchase
Up to $15,000Government purchase card. No competition required. Useful for an assessment, a scoped prototype, or a security review that tells you whether the larger requirement is real.
-
3.2 Simplified acquisition
$15,001 to $350,000Reserved for small business under FAR 19.502-2(a) when two or more small firms can perform at fair market price. This is our primary lane as a prime today.
-
3.3 Subcontract to a prime
Any sizeWe take subcontract roles where a prime needs development or security depth it does not have on the bench. We have done this work before and we do not compete with the prime for the client.
-
3.4 Teaming and joint venture
Above $350,000For requirements past our current prime capacity, we team. Talk to us early enough to structure it properly rather than three days before the proposal is due.
Teaming and subcontracting
If you are a prime carrying a subcontracting plan and you need development or security depth, we are worth a conversation.
We take subcontract roles on the technical scope and stay out of the client relationship. We have delivered as a development lead under a prime on an Air Force SBIR Phase II, so the working model is familiar: your contract, your customer, our engineers on the part of the work that needs them.
What we need from you is the technical scope, the period of performance, and the security requirements. What you will get back within two business days is a straight yes or no on capability, named people, and a rate structure.

Notes
- Size is determined against the NAICS code the contracting officer assigns to the solicitation, per 13 CFR 121.402. A firm can be small under one code and large under another in the same week.
- The legacy D3xx IT service codes were end-dated in April 2024 and replaced by the DA through DK tower structure in the PSC Manual. A capability statement still listing D302 or D310 dates itself.
