HIPAA training and certification

Most workforce compliance training proves attendance and little else. The quiz can be clicked through, the questions cannot be traced to the rule they test, and when an auditor asks who is covered, someone builds a spreadsheet by hand.

This product belongs to a healthcare company running chronic care management programs, where Frank Robles is principal AI services architect. It runs on the same foundation as the company's at-home testing platform, so a training buyer gets the same engineering discipline as a clinical one.

• Every question carries its source. A twenty-slot question pool where each question carries its regulatory citation, a rationale, and the training slide it came from.
• A gate before the quiz. The training has to be completed before the quiz opens.
• A pass mark that means something. 80 percent to pass, five retests with a cooldown between them, and weekly reminders inside a thirty-day window.
• Certificates that can be checked. Branded certificate PDFs and a public verification page.
• Results go where they are needed. Employee and manager result emails, and a certificate link by SMS where consent was captured.
• Audit-ready CSV export for the coverage question.

The person who pays is usually not the person taking the course. An employer needs a whole staff covered and a record to show for it, and the product is built around that purchase.
